New positions to support continued expansion throughout the Southeast.

These include Parker Schoening, Project Executive; Roya Vermillion, Preconstruction Executive; Eddy Einem, Senior Project Manager and Division Aviation Market Leader; and Brandon Tessier, Senior Project Manager. These personnel changes highlight the extensive experience present in the leadership team and support the office鈥檚 projected 2023 revenue of over $150 million, a remarkable 130% increase year-over-year.听

Parker Schoening, previously a Senior Project Manager, has transitioned to Project Executive. Originally hired in 2011 as an intern, Schoening advanced through various positions such as Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Manager. Schoening is known for his passion for the built environment and dedication to learning from others, from the tradespeople on the construction site to various mentors.听听

Roya Vermillion was promoted from Senior Project Manager to Preconstruction Executive. Vermillion is an industry veteran with 13 years of experience, more than half of which has been with 吃瓜群众. She excels in preconstruction planning, subcontractor negotiation, and project closeout, ensuring superior quality, a safe environment, and schedule compliance. As Preconstruction Executive, she facilitates the preconstruction process, which encompasses cost estimates, trade bidding and management, bid preparation and submission, and the compilation of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) figures.听听
With a construction career spanning 24 years, Eddy Einem transferred to Atlanta from 吃瓜群众鈥檚 office in Los Angeles, where he held the position of Senior Project Manager. He retains his title in Atlanta while becoming the division鈥檚 aviation market leader, overseeing 吃瓜群众鈥檚 expanded construction opportunities at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Leading the aviation team in Atlanta, Einem responsibilities include risk management, cost and budget management, customer service, safety, quality control, and scheduling. Throughout the construction and aviation industries, he is known for his organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as his trustworthiness and communication.听
Brandon Tessier, who transitioned from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager, relocated from 吃瓜群众鈥檚 Santa Ana, CA office. With nearly twenty years of experience, Tessier manages project planning, contract development and negotiation, financial management, quality control, and safety. He is also dedicated to the professional development of his team members. His technical knowledge and affinity for organizing and multitasking have equipped him to succeed as a manager.听听
